HK-410 Programmable High-Precision Shaping Machine
HK-410 is a programmable high-precision shaping machine that allows for arbitrary speed settings. It can process materials such as ceramics, quartz, glass, metals, plastics, etc. The independent self-rotation and circular rotation combined ceramic ring movement ensures uniformity and consistency in the grinding quality. The public and self-rotation can be adjusted continuously. The display provides intelligent programming control of the speed ranging from 10 to 110, which can meet the requirements of different grinding speeds in three stages and different grinding time settings. The grinding time can be set according to the processing requirements. When the public rotation speed is 110 rpm, the jump of the grinding disc plane is within 0.005mm. The grinding times are automatically recorded, and the operator can adjust the grinding time according to the number of times the grinding paper is used. When removing the grinding disc, it can be lifted up. The grinding machine uses waterproof materials to ensure the sealing and waterproof of the electrical components and the casing.
Operating Instructions for the Grinder:
1. Plug in the power supply.
2. The display screen can be set according to the processing requirements for the grinding time, grinding speed, and the duration of the buzzer.
3. Start slowly, and the buzzer duration can be set arbitrarily.
4. The drip liquid peristaltic pump can run synchronously with the main motor.
5. The power socket needs to be able to withstand a voltage of more than 2000 watts for use.
6. The grinder can be selected from synthetic resin iron discs, cast iron discs, synthetic copper discs, tin discs, and diamond sand discs. All of these can be adhered together using resin AB glue and placed on the grinding base plate. After the resin AB glue is applied to the grinding disc, it can be used for machining with a cutting machine tailstock after 8 hours.
7. Note: When attaching the grinding disc, pay attention to the three sets of stop devices. Do not affect them. When performing plane grinding, be sure to pay attention to whether the stop device will have an impact.
8. After completing the plane grinding with the cutting machine tailstock to meet the requirements, retract the cutting machine tailstock to the origin and disconnect the power supply of the cutting machine tailstock.
9. Adjust the arm of the retaining ring to the middle position of the ceramic ring height, set the required grinding time and grinding disc speed.
10. Press the green start button to make it operate and clean the machine hygiene.
Notes:
During operation, please do not touch the rotating disc of the grinding machine to avoid injury.
When disassembling or assembling the grinding fixture or other components, make sure to cut off the power supply.
Maintenance and Care:
To maintain the normal working condition, after each use of the machine, the following maintenance procedures should be carried out:
1. After each grinding operation or after stopping the grinding for a period of time, all the grinding discs on the machine should be thoroughly cleaned with water. Otherwise, the remaining grinding fluid will dry and harden.
2. If the machine is not used for a long time, it should be cleaned and then coated with protective oil and stored in a dedicated toolbox.
3. The service life of the grinding disc varies depending on the type and material of the disc, and also varies for different processes. It is recommended that users use high-quality grinding consumables such as precision grinding wear-resistant materials and grinding synthetic resin iron discs when using different grinding discs.
4. Regularly check if the cooling fan is blocked by dirt and stops rotating, and promptly clean the dirt from the cooling fan.
5. Protect the grinding base and the supporting surface of the grinding base from being contaminated by foreign objects and being hit. Main technical parameters:
