HKX-380 FA Polishing Machine
HKX-380 is a variable-speed planar polishing machine. The processed products include ceramics, quartz, glass, metals, plastics, stainless steel, and other materials. The independent self-rotation and revolution combined ceramic ring movement ensures the uniformity and consistency of the polishing quality. The self-rotation and revolution use a frequency converter for stepless speed adjustment. The speed range is between 10 and 120, which can meet different polishing requirements. The grinding time can be set arbitrarily according to the processing requirements. When the revolution speed of the grinding tray is 120 rpm, the jump of the grinding tray is within 0.005mm. The number of grinding times is automatically recorded, which can guide the operator to adjust the grinding time according to the usage times of the grinding rubber. The grinding and polishing rubber can be simply attached to the grinding tray. When removing the grinding disc, lift the grinding disc. The grinding machine uses waterproof materials to ensure the sealing and waterproof of the electrical appliances and the case. It can be used with confidence.
Operating instructions for the grinding machine:
1. Plug in the power: The power socket must be able to handle a voltage of 1500 watts or higher before it can be used.
2. Attach the polishing and grinding sheet to the rotating tray. You can use a synthetic resin ring or a ceramic correction ring to smooth the surface.
3. Repeat the surface repair until it meets the requirements. Adjust the ceramic ring support to the middle position of the ceramic ring height.
4. Install the grinding disc of the product into the ceramic ring and set the grinding time.
5. The peristaltic pump and the stirrer work together to drip the slurry for the grinding time. The machine will automatically stop operating.
6. When stopping the work, please press the red emergency stop button. 7.
During operation, please do not touch the rotating disc of the grinding machine to prevent injury.
9. When disassembling or assembling the grinding fixture or other components, make sure to cut off the power supply.
Maintenance and Care:
To maintain the normal working condition, after each use of the machine, the following maintenance procedures should be carried out:
1. After each grinding operation or after stopping the grinding for a period of time, all grinding discs on the machine should be thoroughly cleaned with water. Otherwise, the remaining grinding fluid will dry and harden.
2. If the machine is not used for a long time, it should be cleaned and then coated with protective oil and stored in a dedicated toolbox.
3. The service life of the grinding discs varies depending on the type of the discs, and the service life of different processes also varies. It is recommended that users use high-quality grinding consumables when using different grinding discs.
4. Regularly check the lubrication condition of the transmission parts and add lubricating oil in time. At least inspect and replace the oil in the reducer box once every six months. We recommend using Mobil NLGIZ grade lubricating oil to add oil to the grinding machine once a month.
5. Regularly check if the cooling fan is blocked by dirt and stops rotating, and promptly clean the dirt from the cooling fan.
6. Protect the grinding tray and the supporting surface of the grinding base, and do not allow them to be contaminated by foreign objects or be hit.

13. The drainage pipe is behind the machine, with an outer diameter of 80MM, an inner diameter of 75MM, and a height from the ground of 400MM.
14. The main shaft is made by welding 45# steel and S136 steel discs.
15. The lower cutting disc is made of 6061 standard aluminum plate 250*20.
